Saturday June 3rd I'll be walking the 17 miles from Margate to Whistable with a group of pals. One of whom is a dear friend battling stage 4 prostate cancer.

1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer. If you’re over 50, or you’re black, or your dad or brother had it, you’re at even higher risk.

There is a very high survival rate if prostate cancer is caught early. A simple PSA test can be undertaken, I actively encourage you to think about that, particularly if you are in a higher risk group.
