It’s that time of year again when the Ride4Life team don their best Lycra in support of a wonderful cause.

For its ten-year anniversary, the cycling team, formed of colleagues across Ardonagh, make their way from London to Amsterdam an over 300-mile route for the Samaritans.

Since their first ride in 2016, Ride4Life has raised over £90,000 for charity and the aim this year is to go over the £100,000 mark with another £20,000!

On Sunday 21st of June, 15 riders will take on a stunning 300-mile route riding through the nights and through 4 countries (England, France, Belgium and Holland) to raise donations for the Samaritans, the team are determined to hit their target and raise awareness along the way.

Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection.
