Story
Help us ride for Men’s Mental Health and suicide prevention:
Five blokes. 500km. One epic journey.
On the 28th July we're gearing up to pedal from Manchester to Glasgow, riding through Kendal, Dumfries, and Girvan, all to raise vital funds for Andy's Man Club. Over four days, we’ll be cycling to raise awareness and support for men’s mental health and suicide prevention, and we need your help! This isn't just about cycling—it's about community, camaraderie, and making a real difference.
Why We’re Riding
This ride isn’t just about covering 500km – it’s about covering the distance between silence and support. Andy’s Man Club provides a space for men to come together, share experiences, and support each other through life's ups and downs. By donating, you’re helping keep Andy’s Man Club's clubs running, funding mental health education, and offering a lifeline to men who need it most.
Challenge & Adventure:
Tackling 500km is no small feat, and every pedal stroke is a testament to our commitment, determination, and love of adventure.
How You Can Help:
Donate:
Every pound you donate will go directly to Andy’s Man Club, helping:
