For more than 100 years, Salford Children’s Holiday Camp in Prestatyn has served Salford and the wider Greater Manchester community. Once informally known as the “poor kids’ camp,” it was founded to ensure children who had little still had the chance to experience the seaside, fresh air, and friendship.

Today, that same spirit lives on, offering opportunities to all children and community groups without discrimination, regardless of background or circumstance. This camp has always stood for fairness, inclusion, and hope.
