Every year we raise money for a chosen charity.

This year, we’re proud to be supporting MNDA. A cause close to our heart as a member of the team has family living with the disease.

What is MND?

MND - motor neurone disease – is a condition affecting nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord.

With MND, messages from these cells (that tell your muscles what to do) gradually stop getting through. This causes muscles to weaken, stiffen and waste, affecting how you walk, talk, eat, drink and breathe.

MND is life-shortening and there is no cure. But thanks to the great work of MNDA there is hope and support.

To raise funds for MNDA, we’re taking part in a 10-mile walk around the location of our head office in Rainford on Saturday 11 October 2025.

By sponsoring us, you’ll be helping to fund vital research and support local services for sufferers of MND and their families, with all funds raised to go directly to MNDA South Lancs branch.
