Through holidays, training and research, Dementia Adventure remove barriers, improve confidence, and increase opportunities for people to stay active, keep connected to family and friends, and retain a sense of adventure in their lives.

Right at Home Harrow: Pinner, Ruislip & Northwood have partnered with Dementia Adventure to raise as much funds as possible including a bake sale and hosting a picnic event for individuals living with the condition.
