On the 8th November 2026, I will be running 50 MILES to raise money for Llamau.

If you don't know who Llamau are, they are the organisation changing lives in Cardiff by supporting survivors of domestic abuse to recover and rebuild their lives.

This is truly going to be the hardest challenge I have EVER done and I am pretty terrified... scratch that, I'm absolutely bricking it. But as someone who experienced domestic abuse from a young age, I wouldn't be half the person I am today without organisations like this.

No one should feel too young, too afraid or too unsafe to run from abuse.

Let's make a difference this 2026.
