We're running for our friend Rikki. Last year he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Bowel Cancer. The strength Rikki, his wife Manda, and their young family are showing is an inspiration. We're doing our little bit by raising money for Birmingham Hospice, who have given Rikki and his family excellent care and support. In Rikki's own words "they are a fantastic team and need fundraising to keep going".

We're doing the Inflatable Run in Derby on 13th April. In total we will:

Run over 100km

Smash 672 inflatable obstacles (from "The Temple of Doom" to "The Growler")

Burn over 10,000 calories
