Ringwood Run Club is excited to be taking part in our first ever club run in support of Movember, a charity dedicated to improving men's health. Our fathers, partners, brothers, and friends are facing a health crisis, and it’s time to take action. Men are dying too young, and we can't afford to stay silent. That's why we're joining the fight against prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health issues, and suicide. Our team of 10 runners will be taking on various distances, from a 5km to a half marathon, to raise funds and awareness. Let’s make a difference together
