Hey everyone!

Ben Atkinson, Jessi Thut, Steve Sharp, Mark Jolly, Lucy Smith, Clair Douglas and I are thrilled to announce that we'll be participating in the HYROX Manchester Event in 2024! 🎉

On a personal note after vowing never to do this again (it was friken hard) I have now committed to doing the event twice! Once on Saturday as a solo male and then on the Sunday as a mixed pair with my TITAN team mate Clair Douglas. Mark and Jessi will compete as a mixed pair as will Steve and Lucy whilst Ben will like me take on the Event solo!!

What is HYROX, you ask?

It's a super challenging fitness competition that combines running and functional fitness, and we've decided to take on this incredible physical and mental challenge together.

But we're not just doing this for the fun and fitness – we're also on a mission to make a positive impact so we've teamed up with Macmillan Cancer Support to raise funds for their incredible work. Cancer is a battle that so many people face, and Macmillan is there to provide crucial support every step of the way.

Our goal is to raise around £1000 for Macmillan through our JustGiving page. 💪
