The Lloyds Banking Group Stafford pool management team is embarking on a journey this September. We are taking on the challenge to walk the distance from Crewe in the north to Lichfield in the south, covering over 50 miles in total. This ambitious endeavour will be completed in four sections over four days, with colleagues walking one or more sections of between 12 and 14 miles each.

Every day, countless individuals who sleep rough traverse between 10 and 15 miles, carrying their belongings as they navigate a world that often feels unwelcoming. They walk not just to survive but to escape abuse, boredom, or the constant pressure of being moved on by authorities. Their resilience is a testament to the human spirit, and it is this spirit that drives us to take action.
