Next May I will be taking part in the 24 hours National 3 peaks challenge. This adventure was booked for 2021 but Covid put an end to that!

I have decided to raise money for Rochester based charity that helps young people battling with self harm and helping with suicide prevention.

Those of you who know me will know I have suffered with both of these issues as an adult but I have beaten them both and am now choosing to make a difference.

Help me raise funds for this ever so important charity and hopefully raise awareness!!!
