Hey everyone, for the past 5 years, Olly, Max & Josh Kohn have been taking part in the Rival Ride, a gruelling 3 day cycle challenge with 80+ other people to support the Harlequins Foundation.

This year they're doing it again and have coaxed a new recruit (me) to join the Jolly Hog team and help them hit a punchy target in the process!

The ride is happening between 16-18 May starting from Exeter Chief's Sandy Park Stadium and finishing at Twickenham Stoop for the final home game of the season (186 miles total).

Please support us in raising money for this incredible cause. We've got less than two weeks to hit £1k and get some serious training in to avoid the inevitable pains of riding a bike for 3 days ... I'll let you work out where that is!
