It is with huge sorrow we find ourselves in the position of offering our condolences to the parents, family and friends of one of our young players.

Lauchlan Thomson passed away after a short illness on Friday 7 November. Lauchlan played for our 2014s Maroons and had been part of the squad since May 2024. A popular boy with his team mates, his loss is being felt across our youth section. To celebrate him his family have agreed to a minutes applause by all our teams before their games this weekend.

The family has suggested that anyone wishing to donate in memory of Lauchlan consider giving to Glasgow Children’s Hospital.
