Story

HYROX at Height: Pushing the Limits for Macmillan Cancer Support

Hi, I’m RJ, and I’ve set myself an unprecedented challenge: to complete the first-ever HYROX at Height. I will be summiting Skiddaw—one of the tallest peaks in the Lake District—eight times in under 24 hours. But that’s not all. Between each summit, I’ll be tackling the 8 classic HYROX workout stations, testing both my endurance and strength to the absolute limit.

Why Am I Doing This?

I’m attempting something that no one has done before because I want to push my own limits and show others that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. There will be challenges—unpredictable weather, exhaustion, and moments where my body wants to give up. But I’m doing this to prove that we all have more in the tank than we think—it’s about finding that extra 10% to keep going when things get tough.

Supporting Macmillan Cancer Support

This challenge is more than just a personal test; I’m doing it to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity that does incredible work providing care and support to people affected by cancer. I know how much of a difference Macmillan can make, and that’s why I’m determined to push myself through this challenge for such an important cause.

How You Can Help

Your donations will not only keep me motivated to push through this gruelling challenge, but they will also directly contribute to helping Macmillan continue their life-changing work. Every little bit helps, and together we can make a real difference.

Thank you so much for your support. Let’s make this challenge count!
