We’ve run the London 10K for our favourite charity, SpecialEffect, every year since RKG began, and thanks to your generosity we’ve raised £47,572.

But we wanted to do more, something bigger.

So we spoke to SpecialEffect and said we’d be up for running The Big One, and we recently found out we’ve been given their places in the London Marathon. It’s an immense honour for us and we want to do everything we can to make the most of this opportunity, which is why we’re setting ourselves the target of raising £50,000.

It’s a big goal, but one we think we can reach over the next 8 months because we know how amazing you, our community, are – it’s something you’ve shown, time and time again, when we’ve run for SpecialEffect in the past.

SpecialEffect is a wonderful charity, run by incredible people, whose work improves the quality of people’s lives in a very special way using video games. If you don’t know much about them, we really encourage you to watch some of their videos.
