500 Press Up per day

30 days x 500 press ups

= 15,000 press up in November

The 500 press ups will be completed as 10 x 50 press ups throughout the day

The challenge will be undertaken alongside my usual training

Since 2012 I have undertaken a range of challenges during the month of November raising funds for a number of charities, with the majority of the funds raised going to Wales Air Ambulance.

Anybody, irrespective of age might need the life saving services of Wales Air Ambulance and as such is a truly worthy cause.

The Wales Air Ambulance Charity provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They a ‘mobile emergency department’ that relies entirely on donations to keep their helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road.
