We’re raising money this year on behalf of Thrive Together Birmingham and all proceeds will go towards their vital work as we head into Christmas.

About Thrive Together Birmingham:

Thrive Together Birmingham is a charity working to support individuals, churches and community groups who are committed to tackling poverty, social isolation and disadvantage across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands. Their mission is to help neighbourhoods flourish by building strong community bonds, responding to local needs, and making sure vulnerable people have access to support.

Thrive doesn’t just run projects themselves they resource and support a broad network of grassroots initiatives. These include youth drop-in centres and safe-spaces for young people, food pantries, “Places of Welcome” community hubs, support for older people, and holiday-time drives such as their “Toys4Birmingham” campaign and the “Safe Sleep Scheme” for families in need.

Their work is built on values of compassion, collaboration and integrity aiming not only to relieve immediate hardship but to build sustainable, caring communities where everyone belongs.

With Christmas just around the corner, we wanted to do something positive to support people who are struggling, whether they’re facing food insecurity, family hardship, loneliness or uncertainty. By fundraising for Thrive Together Birmingham we hope to help bring a bit of hope, warmth and community to those who need it most at this time of year.
