This coming January we're taking on HYROX Manchester to raise money for people living with cancer.

You will be touched by cancer in your lifetime whether directly or indirectly and every penny raised goes towards the research that might help you or a loved one live on.

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. That means we'll be taking on burpees, sled pushes, rowing and sandbag lunges to name a few.

Right now we're in the thick of intense training with 5 am starts, brutal morning sessions before work. The lot.

But all of this will be worth it to raise money for Macmillian and support those living with cancer. Your support would mean the world as we prepare to take on HYROX Manchester and raise as much money as we can. Every penny helps.
