Bossington Trek in Exmoor for the CiaO Summer Challenge · 30 July 2023

It is the belief of the CiaO Foundation that anyone can be a hero. Our aim is to provide aid, funding, practical support & encouragement to individuals whose life circumstances, health, or injuries have resulted in them facing seemingly insurmountable challenges.

Story

On Sunday the 30th of July 2023, myself and others will be attempting to complete as many circuits as possible of this beautiful National Trust area in a set period of time. Each circuit is about 1 mile long.

The goal of my Bossington challenge is to raise £500 for some great causes all of which aim to boost the mental health and physical well-being of their beneficiaries. Specifically the campaign will help fund Small Strides with its Equine Assisted Learning activities which provide therapy for children facing severe emotional trauma. Also the money raised will be used to support the Exeter Otters Wheelchair Basketball team.

Challenge Is An Opportunity - The CiaO Foundation supports many great causes and has helped fund a wheelchair for a Bristol Bears Wheelchair Rugby player in the past
