Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

It's been a while but I'm doing a bit of a cycle challenge, 400 miles in 4 days. It starts in the picturesque surroundings of Wolverhampton, up to Lake Vyrnwy, around Snowdonia, back to Wolverhampton and then the main ride to Aberdovey.

Now, there are a fair few hills involved during this expedition and I'm not as fit as I have previously been. The training miles haven't flowed like in previous years and the pounds have piled on round the middle. Don't know what could cause that!!

I've chosen to support the ACORNS CHILDREN'S HOSPICE this year. Obviously they are a fantastic charity providing unbelievable support. Please donate what you can to help this charity to help as many people as possible.

The ride starts Tuesday 18th June and finishes on Friday 21st June. I'm going in with a positive mindset, those hills are there for climbing!! Please donate to help me reach my target.
