In April 2026 I’ll be running the London Marathon to raise money for Cynon Valley PALS, a fantastic local charity that supports children with special needs, including our eldest daughter who has autism.

PALS gives children the chance to enjoy activities and day trips such as parks, farms, adventure playgrounds, leisure centres and soft play. These experiences help them grow in confidence, make friends and discover new things in a safe, supportive environment.

This charity has made a real difference to my daughter’s life, and I’m proud to run for them. Every donation, no matter how small, will help them continue their amazing work with children who deserve these opportunities.
