RUNNIN’ 2026km in 2026 for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably)

Rob Garland is raising money for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably)

2026km for 2026

We’re Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), and we’re a suicide prevention charity. We host a helpline for people affected by suicide, as well as vital online resources for anyone who needs them.

Story

Thought I’d hit 2026 with a suitably ambitious challenge.

To cover the distance in the year I’ll need to run 5.55km a day.

There’ll be half maras, full maras, treadmill bashing and tarmac stomping along the way.

I’ve started behind the 8-ball we’re in for an uphill battle. Time to LOCK IN & BELIEVE.

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), is a suicide prevention charity. They’ve got loads of tools and resources to help people find the support they need, including a life-saving helpline for people who can’t see a way forward, have lost someone to suicide, or are worried about their friends or loved ones.

£12.20 is enough to fund one potentially life-saving call. The page’s be up all year long so if you can spare anything whenever you can please do!
