I am excited to say that I will be taking part in this year's London Marathon, raising money for Save the Children UK through my company GSK.

I applied to take part in the event in 2023 but unfortunately needed knee surgery 5 months prior so was unable to. Keen to use the training as part of my recover to get back to full fitness I was kindly allowed to defer my place for a year. However I wasn't to know that my wife and I would have twin boys in November 2023 to change our lives forever.

Training is going well, although finding time to fit the runs in with 3 children under 3 whilst also trying to move house is proving challenging. A challenge that I am enjoying, so far.

Save the Children is fantastic cause, that GSK are a strong supporter of. They have provided education, medicine and food to over 45 million children worldwide as well as being ready to respond to emergency crisis' to provide aid. https://www.savethechildren.org.uk/
