**UPDATE 14-July-2023 - after only 2 weeks, I've lost the 1st Stone....**

Candlelighters is such a great cause - supporting families facing children's cancer in Yorkshire. They get involved in all sorts of different projects to help ordinary families who are facing extraordinary circumstances, if I can get my own health back on track by losing weight and raise funds for these wonderful people and families, it would make my journey all that more worthwhile.

I will be putting regular updates on this page with my progress (start of each month reporting on weight loss for the previous month), first update due early August 2023 ...
