Story

Shaken, not stirred – Rob’s 0070 challenge for Sense

This year, Sense is celebrating 70 years of breaking down barriers and creating a world where disabled people are connected and included, no matter what.

To mark the occasion, I’m taking on my own 0070 challenge – seven daring missions, each inspired by a James Bond film. From clay pigeon shooting (A View to a Kill) to tackling Snowdon, from a jet ski adventure (Quantum of Solace) to a Casino Royale dinner, every challenge will push me to go further in support of disabled people with complex needs.

My missions:

• Clay pigeon shooting (A View to a Kill)

• Golf (Goldfinger)

• Skiing at Chill Factor (On Her Majesty’s Secret Service)

• Jet ski (Quantum of Solace)

• Abseil in London (For Your Eyes Only)

• Drive with Go Monaco (The Living Daylights)

• Snowdon Climb (Spectre)

• Casino Royale Dinner (Casino Royale!)

Sense supports 1.6 million disabled people with complex needs in the UK, offering personalised, creative and flexible support in homes, communities and specialist centres. Together, we always find a way – no matter how many barriers a person might face.

Your donation will help ensure that every disabled person has the chance to connect, communicate and take part in life.

Please give what you can – and let’s make this mission a success.
