I’m taking on the London 2 Brighton Ultra Challenge with my brother Matt on 23-24 May — walking 100km over two days for Harry’s Rainbow, a Milton Keynes–based charity that supports children and young people who have lost a parent or sibling.

It’s going to hurt — but it’s nothing compared to what these families go through. If this challenge makes even a small difference, every step will be worth it.
