On Thursday, June 20, I'll be leading a bike ride of almost 300km to raise awareness and vital funds for Sophie's Legacy. And I need your help!

I want to smash my £1,000 target to ensure this incredible charity can keep feeding parents whose lives are turned upside down when their child is hospitalised.

Currently, many families up and down the country do not have access to food during prolonged stays with their poorly child.

I've seen first hand the immense sacrifices friends have made to sit by the bedside of their child as he or she fights for their life.

An inspirational little girl called Sophie recognised this problem before her tragic death, aged 10.

One of Sophie's wishes was for parents to be fed in hospital. And this is where you come in.

On June 20, more than 20 riders will cycle between the original seven hospitals supported by the charity, creating a huge 'S' in memory of Sophie.

Starting in Guildford around 4am, I'll have the honour of leading the group to Basingstoke, Salisbury, Winchester, Chichester and Portsmouth before finishing in Southampton around 11pm. And boy do I need your help!

Whatever you can spare will motivate me to keep pedalling through the pain and directly benefit those families and their poorly children.
