On 5 March 2026, I will join riders from across the property industry to complete the 1,445 km challenge from London to Cannes, arriving for the start of MIPIM, the leading international real estate trade show.

CLUB PELOTON https://clubpeloton.org/ is a grant-making charity transforming the lives of young people. Since 2006, it has given over £5 million in grants to projects that make a real difference.

Knight Frank Cycle to MIPIM 2026 aims to raise £200,000 for 3 of Club Peloton's supported projects:-

*** CORAM ADOPTION https://www.coram.org.uk/ which aims to transform the lives of young people by helping them find their forever home;

*** CYCLISTS FIGHTING CANCER https://cyclistsfc.org.uk/ which helps individuals affected get pedalling on their road to recovery; and the

*** TOM AP RHYS PRYCE MEMORIAL TRUST https://tomstrust.co.uk/ which helps disadvantaged young people in Central London realise the potential of their own lives.
