To celebrate my 60th year I'll be cycling from Spain to Portugal and back again with the magnificent/mediocre 7!
Stops are: Lagos to Cape St Vincent, back to Lagos to Albefuirea to faro to Villa Real
Total approx 275km
Hilly and windy
Vaseline and padded cushions all packed and ready to go !!!
