On Saturday 5th October, G4 will host Spin 4 Cancer - a spin-a-thon raising funds for North Devon Hospice.

Held at G4 Gym in Bideford we will run indoor cycling sessions every hour, on the hour from 8:00-21:00hrs.

Rob Braddick has promised that he will join us for a session if we can raise £1000.

If we raise £2000 he will wear Lycra 🫣 (Has anyone actually ever seen his legs??)
