Last month Dimity and I swam the Hellespont in 1 hour 29 minutes. It was a magical experience from Gallipoli to Troy across the Dardanelles Straits. Now we are getting ready for the second part of the challenge to raise money for the children's center - the Bath half marathon. We are raising desperately needed funds for the Spafford Children's Center in Jerusalem, who provide such incredible support and help to children who have nowhere else to turn. We are running with my ever loving wife Lara and "The Flying Scotsman" Angus Friell. Anything you can donate would be very appreciated.
