My name is Robbie, I served in the army for 24yrs I discharged from my service in 2017 after numerous operational tours across the globe

After my discharge from the military I really hit rock bottom lows and my mental health that had already raised concerns while I was still serving became considerably more, it took time and a lot of patience but I got hell from Help for Hero’s while I was still in Catterick

I now feel like I am on the better side of my struggles with my mental health and as many of us do I still have off days but they are rare.

I want to start 2026 on a positive note and carry it on going forward, I feel both physically and mentally fit enough now to find the strength to commit to helping others and so this has taken me on this new journey and adventure to hike up Ben Nevis and raise money for a charity that helped me a number of years ago
