The Wales Air Ambulance Charity provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are a ‘mobile emergency department’ that relies entirely on donations to keep our helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road.

Story

The Wales Air Ambulance Charity is a critically important service, providing the highest quality, life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. They are a "mobile emergency department" and they rely ENTIRELY on donations to keep the helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road.

Throughout 2024, Forest View Medical Centre has been fundraising for The Wales Air Ambulance Charitable Trust and on 6th October, two of our team members (GP Dr Robbie McGregor and care navigator Jasmine Longhurst) will be undertaking the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise everything we can to keep them going!

Jasmine, Robbie and everyone at Forest View would be hugely grateful for any donation as they tackle the 13 mile (21km) distance!

Your donations will help keep this vital service in Wales.
