This April I’ll be running the #LondonMarathon alongside my brother @chriscapewell, for the incredible @wellchild.

I’ve never been a runner, and this year’s training has very much confirmed that I’m not built for it - especially over long distances.

For me, this is about doing something difficult for a good reason.

Becoming a dad has changed my perspective on pretty much everything.

Seeing the incredible support WellChild provides to families every day has made me truly appreciate how vital their work is, and how much of a difference it makes.
