It seemed an impossible feat, to gain entry let alone compete, so I completed the online form,... and I got in
So here we are,...to cut a long story short, less than 40 days away from my 60th Birthday, Garmin Checking, route planning, dietary supplements, buying new kit,
Those who know me, will know I want to do it help raise money and awareness for Revive MS support, a cause dearly personable. We have attended (shout out to the Govan, Scotland Team) a couple of times per week, since Spencer, our son was diagnosed with Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis at the age 22. The team support all patients/carers/friends of those with MS - with such like Physical and Mental wellbeing, treatments such as the Hyperbaric Oxygen, Speech & Language, and Complimentary therapies to name a few.
We really appreciate everything they do for us and others.
So I am asking, dig deep for this cause, it's probably my first, and last Marathon, and every penny goes to this Supportive Network
