Wycombe Homeless Connection work across south Buckinghamshire, helping people who have lost their homes get off the street as quickly as possible. People are supporter with accommodation, food, clothing and help to leave homelessness behind for good.

Sleeping out - swapping a bed for a sleeping bag - raises much needed money and as importantly, awareness of WHC's work to make sure people know the charity is here for them if they are homeless or facing a housing crisis.
