I am raising money for the MS Society as the amazing charity has helped me so much through the years since I was diagnosed with relapsing remitting MS in 2015!

I am completing the South Coast Ultra Challenge with my brother Richard Griffiths. Together we are going to trek 43km on Sunday 7th September 2025!

I will then be completing the MS Walk in London on Saturday 27th September 2025!
