On April 26th, I will be standing on the start line of the London Marathon for the second time - something I never imagined I’d have the opportunity to do again.

Running 26.2 miles is a huge challenge, but this year it means even more. I’m taking on the miles to raise money for Douglas Macmillan Hospice, a charity that provides such incredible care and support to patients and their families during the most difficult times of their lives.

Douglas Macmillan Hospice is such an important charity in our community, offering compassion, dignity and comfort when it’s needed the most. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help them continue their vital work.
