After last year successfully completing a couple of the 10km, and the Bournemouth Half Marathon.

This year I will be running several events in 2024 to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.

So far I have a 5 mile night forest run, 10mile run around Salisbury and 2 half marathons around Bournemouth.

What better way to raise money for a well worthy cause.

Training has started and hoping to get my fitness back to do the 5 & 10 miles and beyond. My aim is to complete the half marathons in 2 hours.
