Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm (mostly) looking forward to running the Manchester Marathon on 14th April, and to mark this, I'm aiming to raise £500 for Dr Kershaw's Hospice in Oldham, close to where I work. My Dad died of cancer in 2018, and my Mum was a Hospice nurse, so it's a cause dear to my heart, and Dr Kershaw's do an amazing job. If you can support me, thank you so much. In running the Marathon and fundraising, I'm also looking forward to finishing ahead of my wife Gail, who, two years ago, left me for dust in the same race. I have hope, but am mostly resigned to the fact that the same will happen again! Anything you can give is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
