I am raising money to help support the work and research undertaken by the charity Chest, Heart and Stroke. Sadly my sister in law Gill Hamilton recently passed away following complications after having a heart attack. She leaves behind a family whose hearts are truly broken. Also my good friend Matty Blair whose health has been affected by a stroke. Any donation big or small would be greatly appreciated and raising awareness of these devastating conditions may just help someone in their time of need.
