On 22 July 2026, Millie is taking on this sponsored Isle of Man coast-to-coast bike ride to raise funds for the Wandsworth Music Charity Scholarship and Instrument Fund, where she studies violin and is an active member of the Junior Council.

Funds raised will go directly to the Wandsworth Music Charity Fund, which provides music education and instrument resources for children and young people who live in the borough of Wandsworth and/or who attend Wandsworth Music, and face challenging financial circumstances. Bursaries of up to three years, worth up to £4,000, are available by application through the Gifted and Talented scheme.

Millie loves the violin, dance, theatre, football, and cycling, and is excelling in Year 5. Her charity challenge is a ‘there-and-back’ coast-to-coast bike ride on an ‘off-road’ route along the Steam Heritage Trail, from Douglas to Peel Castle and back: a 27-mile challenge with over 500 feet of elevation gain.
