I am running the Middlesbrough Half Marathon on 2nd March 2025, to raise money for Neuro Key:

Neuro Key is a Charity serving the needs of over 100,000 people with a neurological condition in the NE. Lived experience of neuro-disability drives our work and impact.

Recognised as a Disabled People’s Organisation with expertise in 33 neurological conditions, impairments, disabilities and neurodiversity, we advise and guide people to solve problems accessing services or form-filling. The Charity delivers a safe, non-judgemental environment to guide families to speak for the needs of their neurodiverse young people in the NHS, schools and colleges.

We are published authors with Teesside University to improve opportunities for disabled people to take part in educating the next generation of NHS staff or research. We improve professional knowledge to influence NHS, Mental Health and Education service delivery.
