On Saturday 15th August I will attempt to ride the entire length of the Leeds and Liverpool Canal towpath in both directions. Starting at 12 noon from Paceline Cycles in Cross Hills I will first ride to Leeds where I will turn around and ride the full length of the towpath to Liverpool before turning back around and returning to Cross Hills. The full distance will be around 257 miles, multi terrain and flat meaning it will be a constant push with little to no chance to rest on the downhills! Expected time will be around 30 hours in the saddle and my aim it to complete it with minimal stops only for food and comfort breaks! Wish me luck!
