Lis and I set off to hike our 2nd Stage of the Camino Frances from Burgos to Rabanal. This will be over 250 Kms which we plan to do in 10 Days.

It is now 7 years since my late wife Eunice passed away. She lived with MS for more than 17 years. In her memory and also the memory of those who have passed more recently with MS, we would like to raise funds for the Herefordshire Multiple Sclerosis Support Trust to help those still living with the condition.
