Each year in the UK 2400 men are diagnosed with testicular cancer.

I am going to run 2400km during 2024 to raise awareness around testicular cancer & mental health.

I plan to split it down and run 10km over 240 days (but this is flexible as long as reach my target). Starting 3rd Jan 2024 and finishing 31st Dec 2024.

This challenge will test me physically & mentally, but its a hour out of my day to focus on my physical & mental wellbeing, can you spare and hour to do that?

All fundraising will go directly to Baggy Trousers UK, a testicular cancer charity which I am a trustee of.

At Baggy Trousers we strive to raise awareness and provide support for anyone who has been impacted by testicular cancer.

Guys we need to start shouting about testicular cancer & mental health.
