As many of you already know, on April 21st 2024, I will be running the London Marathon!

This is a bucket list thing for me and something I've always wanted to do. Luckily I have been selected to represent the Asthma & Lung UK charity for the 2024 event.

Asthma and Lung UK are the only UK charity that campaigns for everyone's right to breathe. Investment in life-saving research, fighting for clean air, ensuring people receive correct diagnosis quickly and providing treatment and support are just some of the ways they make a difference. Having had Asthma since childhood myself, I know all too well how these illnesses can affect every day life and I would love to do my bit to support others who suffer from them.

Did you know...

- Every 10 seconds, someone has an asthma attack.

- Every 5 minutes, someone dies from a lung condition.

- 1 in 5 people in the UK will experience a lung condition.

- Poor lung health is the 3rd biggest killer in the UK
