Story
Having lost two equally amazing people effected by Strokes in different ways.I wanted to raise awareness amd money by doing this and running the 10k in Worcester this year .Just like I did back in 2015. I can’t say I’m any fitter than I was back then . I’m certainly a lot older but I’m just as determined to finish it as I was back then.
If you can spare a couple of quid then great but if you can do some research about strokes and how you could help limit the long lasting effects of a stroke by knowing how to recognise and react to someone having one then even better.
Many thanks, Rob
