500km cycle experience around stunning southern Malawi fundraising for projects with Love Support Unite and Gold-Youth Development Agency (who have taken over African Vision Malawi). You will see the projects first hand at the end of the cycle ride.

£50 for not changing gear on Sunday 3rd May, and £100 for the same on Monday 4th (which was harder. I did push my bike up the steeper part of the hill up to Mua Mission but I never changed gear!).
